GUM.Toulouse-Lautrec

The book highlights the work of one of the brightest representatives of post-impressionism - French painter and graphic artist Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec. By birth he belonged to an old aristocratic French bloodline, but because of congenital disease that made him physically disabled, was forced to pursue a life among the artistic Bohemia and the representatives of the Paris "bottom". Image characters of this world have become the main subject of the works of Toulouse-Lautrec, and he showed them without a hint of moralizing, with his characteristic sharp observation and caustic irony.
