A spelling book and literary editing

In the first two sections of the Handbook contains the basic rules of spelling and punctuation (emphasis on difficult cases). The third section provides information and recommendations to the regulatory nature associated with literary editing.
The Handbook is intended for publishing workers, primarily editors, and for all who seek to improve their literacy and culture of speech.
